Building Bridges of Hope for Children, Youth, and Families
Tumaini Bridge is a community-based organization committed to protecting vulnerable children, empowering young people, strengthening families, and building resilient communities through sustainable, locally driven solutions.
Based in Meru County, Kenya, we work alongside communities, youth volunteers, local leaders, institutions, and development partners to create practical pathways toward dignity, safety, opportunity, and long-term social transformation.
WHO WE ARE
Tumaini Bridge exists to respond to the urgent social, economic, and protection challenges affecting vulnerable children, youth, women, and families in underserved communities.
Many communities continue to face child neglect, gender-based violence, school dropout, unemployment, poverty, mental health challenges, and weak community protection systems. These issues often create cycles of vulnerability that affect entire families and future generations.
We believe communities themselves hold the power to create lasting change. Our role is to strengthen local capacity, promote community ownership, and connect vulnerable populations to protection, opportunity, and support systems.
